The new Llama Llama book, Llama Llama Gives Thanks, is in bookstores. It’s the latest in the Llama Llama board books for younger readers and I was honored to be asked to do the illustrations.

As some of you may know, the splendid children’s author/ illustrator, Anna Dewdney, passed away last year but she left behind some unpublished manuscripts. The first book of hers that I worked on was Little Excavator, which came out in the Spring.
